Gareth Edgecombe
Chief Executive OfficerJoined T&G as CEO in July 2018. Extensive experience in business transformation, building high-performing teams and developing brands across Asia Pacific. Previously CEO of Comfort Group and President of Campbell Soup Company and The Coca-Cola Company’s South Pacific business.
Doug Bygrave
Chief Financial OfficerResponsible for T&G’s finances, leading finance, tax and legal teams across 13 countries. Joined T&G in 1997, appointed CFO in March 2021 after senior finance and shared-services roles including Group Treasurer.
Heather Kean
Director People & CultureJoined T&G in June 2018, shaping our transformation change programme and leading Health & Safety. 30+ years’ HR experience, previously Head of HR at Goodman Fielder NZ and Director Global HR at Fonterra.
Shane Kingston
Managing Director, ApplesLeads T&G’s Apples business globally, overseeing the value chain across 55+ countries. A 25-year international career including roles at Diageo and as GM Global Sales at Alliance Group Limited.
Andrew Ramsay
Chief Information OfficerJoined T&G in July 2025 as CIO, leading IT and our transformation programme. 20+ year career including GM IT at Fisher & Paykel Appliances and Director IT and Digital at Wesfarmers.
Adrienne Sharp
Head of Corporate AffairsOversees the protection and enhancement of T&G’s global reputation, leading government relations, communications and sustainability. Joined January 2020 after senior communications roles at Fonterra.

Ralf Tobias Priske
Non-Independent DirectorJoined BayWa in 1998, leading legal work on BayWa’s 2012 acquisition of a majority T&G shareholding. Appointed BayWa AG’s Company Secretary in 2015. Sits on the HR and Sustainability committees.
Philipp Trachtenberg
Non-Independent DirectorJoined BayWa AG in 2010 with 15+ years’ corporate finance experience in Germany and the US. Head of Portfolio Management and M&A since 2024, appointed CFO of BayWa Global Produce in 2025.
