Amanda Rieman Promoted to Vice President of Human Resources
Amanda Rieman has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing HR strategy across Siemer Milling's three mills in Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana.
Teutopolis, IL: Siemer Milling Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Amanda Rieman to Vice President of Human Resources effective August 22nd. Amanda's advancement reflects her exceptional leadership in fostering the workplace culture of Respect, Trust and Responsibility that has become synonymous with Siemer Milling's approach to employee engagement and development.
In her expanded role, Amanda will oversee comprehensive human resources strategy across Siemer Milling's operations in Teutopolis, IL, Hopkinsville, KY and West Harrison, IN. Her responsibilities encompass talent acquisition, employee development programs, benefits administration and the cultivation of workplace initiatives that support both individual growth and company-wide success.
Amanda brings a deep understanding of Siemer Milling's unique position as a family and employee-owned company operating under an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Her leadership will be instrumental in continuing to attract and retain the skilled, hardworking individuals who take ownership of their work and drive the company's success in the milling industry.
